Here for your health
Get back to the things
you love doing.
You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from sports medicine. Whether you’re training for a race, playing with your kids, or hoping to walk more comfortably, we want to understand what’s getting in your way—and help you plan your next step.
Aches, pains & injuries
Tell us where it hurts, how it started, and which movements make it harder. We evaluate sports and activity-related concerns, including joint, muscle, and tendon problems, and discuss what may be behind them.
Getting back to activity
Recovery should take your everyday life into account. We’ll talk about the activities you want to return to, review your options, and discuss a pace and plan that fit your needs.
Sports physicals
Getting ready for a season or a new activity? Contact us about a sports physical and any forms your school or organization requires. Bring the paperwork and tell us about any symptoms or past injuries.
What to expect
Your goals are part of the conversation.
An appointment starts with your story: what happened, what you’ve tried, and what you want to get back to. After an exam, we’ll explain what we’ve found and discuss whether treatment, further testing, or a referral may help.
A little preparation helps.
- Wear comfortable clothing that makes the sore or injured area easy to examine.
- Bring any relevant X-ray or MRI reports, treatment notes, and a medication list.
- Think about when the problem began and what makes it better or worse.
More ways to support your recovery.
We also offer PRP injections, acupuncture, Winback TECAR therapy, Game Ready, and Normatec compression at the office. Your visit is a chance to ask whether any of these options might fit your care.
Your next visit
Let’s talk about how you’re feeling.
